Many of you likely have questions on shipping that we will try to answer here. Smaller products ship via UPS and FedEx free in the USA 48 state for orders over $50 and $10 shipping for orders under $50 total. All truck freight items are designated truck freight by red lettering in the description reading "Truck Freight, See Terms." These items ship LTL truck freight with nationwide carriers. Most of the freight cost is built into the product pricing. There is no minimum purchase size for truck freight items however smaller orders do have larger shipping charges added at checkout. Shipping charges are readily available by adding products to your shopping cart then clicking "checkout." Simply select the shipping method you prefer from the available options and your new total order price will be shown before you need to enter any address or billing information. Someone must be present to sign for and unload all truck freight orders. Products such as corral panels will be shipped inside an enclosed truck and tied against the wall with plastic banding to minimize scratching. The corral panels can easily be unloaded by hand, one by one. Unless you have a loader or forklift available, we recommend picking up squeeze chutes at the freight terminal or shipping to a business equipped to unload them. However, liftgate service is available for squeeze chutes if you prefer. Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.
