At least one daytime contact telephone number will be needed to complete your order so that the shipping company can contact you if needed. At least one person must be present to sign for and help the driver unload all truck freight items. Although almost all drivers are very helpful, the driver is not required to help unload your order. Should any damage occur during shipping it must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery to receive replacements or credit. No exceptions. In the event damage occurs you must notify us immediately. Keep in mind that when purchasing "economy" style panels they can sustain dents and dings much easier than heavy gauge panels, and also may have a small number of dings (less than the size of a quarter) from the factory. We do not however ship "seconds" or pieces that are not first quality from it's respective manufacturer. In cases of freight damage we will need a copy of the delivery receipt faxed or emailed to us to expedite your claim. Pictures will be required to determine the appropriate action to take on damaged items. If you do not have access to a digital camera so that you can email us pictures, you may be required to purchase a disposable camera, take pictures of the product, and mail the camera to us so we can have it developed. If replacements are required we file all of the claim information with the shipper and prepay the freight for the replacement pieces. Purchases shipped to verified businesses do not receive a telephone call prior to delivery. If you do not choose residential delivery, or try to have the shipment delivered to a non existent business, we reserve the right to add the residential delivery charge to your order (currently $60). Roundpens-n-More.com and our shippers reserve the right to determine what is a verified business. To be verified, the business is not required to have unloading machinery such as a forklift, but must be able to be found in the yellow pages, and / or have a sign marking the business location. If you are shipping to a business and need advance delivery notification by telephone you must pay the residential delivery fee. The residential delivery fee includes advance notification of delivery by telephone, and delivery to residential addresses. We cannot guarantee what size of truck will be making your residential delivery, although most companies use smaller trucks for these deliveries. In the rare event that the shipper cannot access your residence you may be required to meet the truck at an accessible location or pick the shipment up at the freight terminal. Weekend deliveries are generally not available. The vast majority of our truck freight orders deliver within 5 business days, but inventory does change daily. You will be notified and given an option to cancel the order if it appears that an inventory shortage will not allow your order to be delivered within 15 business days of payment completion. Although we make the best effort to use shipping companies that provide the kind of customer service we expect, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by the shipper, or their inability to get in contact with you. If the buyer refuses to accept a shipment for any reason, seller is entitled to be compensated for all actual shipping charges we've incurred and 25% of the order value.
Shipping terms, non truck freight items:
All UPS / FedEx shippable products include free shipping in the USA (48 state) on orders of $50 or more. Most of our non truck freight items ship either UPS or FedEx Ground. Ground shipments valued at less than $250 are shipped without a signature requirement. This means that FedEx or UPS may leave your shipment in a safe location if no one is available to sign for it. If you would like to require a signature you must indicate so in your order, or notify us immediately after placing your order ($2 charge may apply). You will receive an email prior to delivery with a tracking # for your purchase. Please do not request a tracking number unless it has been more than 72 hours since your order was placed, excluding weekends, and you have not received your tracking #. The vast majority of orders are delivered within a week, with the maximum being 15 days. Although we make the best effort to use shipping companies that provide the kind of customer service we expect, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by the shipper.If you receive a shipment containing freight damaged merchandise, please retain the package, including the packing material, and notify us of the damage within 3 days of its receipt. We must file a claim, and will advise you as to further action. If you refuse to accept a shipment for any reason, we are entitled to be compensated for all actual shipping charges we've incured and 25% of the order value, but in no case less than $5.00. If a package is returned to us that could not be delivered due to customer error, and you would like the package reshipped, you will be assessed a reshipping fee. If the return is due to our error, no additional fee will be charged.

Truck freight items are designated in the product description. All truck freight items include some portion of the shipping in the price. Be sure to choose your proper State in the item's description. Upon checkout you will be required to select if you would like shipping to a business, pickup at the nearest available Freight terminal (no charge), or delivery to a residence ($60 charge). If you are purchasing multiple items, some being FedEx Ground, and some being truck freight, always choose your truck freight option upon checkout. The non truck freight items will automatically ship separately or, in some cases, ship along with your truck freight items. All weights and measurements listed are accurate to the best of our knowledge, but subject to change at any time.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:
Returns are not available for truck freight shipments unless the problem is due to the wrong product being delivered. All non truck freight returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days from the receipt of merchandise. All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid in new, unused and resalable condition, including accessories and documentation. Internal manufacturer's packaging/boxes must be undamaged. No items will be accepted for return which have been subject to misuse, modified, or altered. All returned items are subject to inspection for use and damage before credit is issued. Please allow up to 30 days for all returns to be processed. Parts returned due to customer error are subject to a 25% restock charge. Truck freight items, and items considered "special order" are non returnable. The full purchase price will not be refunded if the returned item was damaged, abused or missing parts. You may accept a partial credit or have the item returned to you.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE:
The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. We inspect all of our orders by hand for accuracy, missing information, and indications of fraud. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. We reserve the right to refuse any order we believe to be suspicious of fraud. Placing an order on the internet containing fraudulent information is a crime and we will seek the maximum punishment allowed by law.
